The Seaview Colonnade is a new state-of-the-art pavilion space in the heart of the village, providing a hub to support activities, events and tourism for residents and visitors.
The latest news, events and activities at the Seaview Colonnade can be found on its dedicated Facebook page. Some of the bookable events and activities taking place can be booked on the council's Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/arts-and-culture-at-seaview-colonnade-4436873.
The construction of the Colonnade was a project supported by £4.2million from the Mablethorpe Towns Fund, alongside further funding from East Lindsey District Council. The wider development has allowed for the refurbishment of the Maple Leaf paddling pool, and neighbouring play area and tennis courts, as well as the installation of 15 new beach huts along the Promenade.
The Colonnade, which has accessible facilities such as a Changing Places toilet (available from 9am - 4pm with a key), is open 9am - 5pm every day and is on York Road, Sutton on Sea, LN12 2EU. The closest parking is located at the Broadway Car Park directly opposite the building. Dogs are welcome as long as they are well-behaved, dry and kept on a lead.

Seven Districts Pop-Up Cafe
Seven Districts Coffee, a renowned Lincolnshire-based specialty coffee roaster and coffee shop brand, is bringing a pop-up café to the Seaview Colonnade, initially over the summer and early autumn.
On the first floor of the new building and open everyday, they are known for their exceptional coffee, quality food, and creating welcoming spaces for the community. Since opening their first coffee shop in 2019, they have built a loyal following and established themselves as part of the region's growing food and drink scene, including venues in Welton, Nettleham and Lincoln.
Residents and visitors can enjoy speciality coffee alongside a handpicked menu of fresh paninis, bagels, pastries, and home-baked cakes and tray bakes, appropriate for everything from a beachside brew through to something sweet to take away.
More information on Seven Districts Coffee and their work can be found on their website at www.sevendistrictscoffee.com.
