The Brewery offers 20 grass pitches with 19 electrical hook-ups, shower facilities, freshwater points and pet-friendly camping. This service is open from 15th March - 31st October 2019. Brewery food is served between 12pm and 14:30pm every day (before 29th Sept). You're welcome to eat in The Patricia Room, Mr George's Bar or if it's a nice day, sit outside☀

Tours and Tutoured Tastings
Take a tour around the Victorian brewhouse, where much of the equipment is made of brass and copper. The tour is fun and entertaining, taking you around our magnificent new Brewhouse and its inscribed brickwork. Opened in 2002, 'The Theatre of Beers' was named after the famous Manchester United stadium 'The Theatre of Dreams'. Fans of the football club have their names printed on bricks in the walls within the stadium, similar to the printed bricks in our new brewhouse walls.
Also on show is the world's largest bottled beer collection. Take a guided tour around the Victorian Brewhouse and our 'Theatre of Beers' where you will learn about the history of the Brewery as well as the brewing process, grab some grub in the bistro accompanied by a beer, shop

Mr Harry's Artefacts Room
This room is named after the grandfather, the son of the Brewery's founder, George Bateman. Giving you a brilliant insight into the business of agriculture, brewing, transport and pubs in times gone by.
Mr George's Bar
Known for his warm hospitality, George (grandson of founder George Bateman) lives on. The bar is lovingly named in honour of his welcoming demeanour. Enjoy a selection of award-winning cask beers, hot drinks, cold drinks and food in the company of locals, friends and family!
Named after Mr George's wife and fantastic hostess Patricia, The Patricia Room can cater for large or small parties. You may wish to book the room for your own private function, which they can arrange food and entertainment to your requirements. This room caters for up to 80 people, has a screen and projector and is licenced for civil weddings. To enquire please refer to the Batemans website www.bateman.co.uk
This room seats up to 30 for dinner parties and conference. It seats up to 30 people for a dinner party or theatre-style conference. For a more formal meeting, the Susannah Room will seat up to 22, board-room style. Menus can be tailored to suit your needs and the occasion, and there plenty of conference equipment if required.
Conferences & Parties
A stunning venue, with its idyllic setting, is the perfect place to hold functions and meetings. Whether it's a gathering of 15 or a party of 90, the Patricia Room will cater for all. For such volume of people, it is understandable that not everyone will be driving home, Bateman's can accommodate as The Woolpack Inn is just up the road!
