We offer the highest quality, person-centred care, within a contemporary environment that

and developed to be fit-for-purpose and future-proof, with every thought given to the
overall well-being of the residents.

The Fitzwilliam Care Centre is located just off Centenary Close and is near to the heart of
Mablethorpe which is a popular seaside town on the east coast of Lincolnshire, with its
award winning golden sandy beaches and iconic colourful beach huts. The Seal Sanctuary
and Wildlife centre is also a popular attraction for all ages and much more, it benefits from
excellent bus and road links. The impressive modern building has been constructed on the
site of a Greenfield Site.

The Fitzwilliam Care Centre opened in July 2023, and will provide accommodation for 62
people within four small units offering single accommodation with en-suite wet rooms, a
café, cinema, family room. You will also have access to a lounge and dining area, which are
bright and beautifully decorated, with a warm cosy ambience to make you feel right at
home, affording privacy and dignity with choice and respect. Residents can also enjoy the
use of our on site hairdressing & nail bar where qualified staff will tend to all your needs.
Our philosophy of care has been created to the difficulties faced by any person requiring 24
hour residential/nursing/dementia care.

At the centre of our ethos is the desire to treat everyone as an individual, and given that, we
make no assumptions about our clients.

We value the life experiences and knowledge of every client to enable them to assist us fully
to plan their care, which will include opportunities for fulfilment and responsible risk taking.
We value the significant role which relatives, friends and professionals play in Clients’ care
and will work in partnership with them.

The services we provide consider the wide and varied needs of our clients. These range from
providing high quality, nutritionally balanced menus, and a safe comfortable environment,
to specialist clinical, dementia and social care. In between, are an array of services, including
those which cater for the needs of family and their relatives.

We arrange a daily programme of varied stimulating and fun activities. There are also
activities which are designed to help the rehabilitation process, sometimes involving
carefully measured risks. No matter what the weather something is always available to do
whether this is in the garden or in our activities room.

We will ensure that every client is treated as an individual with courtesy and respect. We
will protect their privacy and dignity and enable them to gain and maintain as much
independence as possible.
