No Trains Running – Free access to the site, open between 11am & 3pm.

Come and visit our Heritage site during the Lincolnshire Heritage Weekend.

For a price of £10 per person, you can drive our 08 Diesel shunting loco under tuition along the line towards North Thoresby and back twice.

For an extra £4, you can have another person with you to watch you drive the loco. When you arrive back at the starting point, you will receive a signed certificate to say that you have driven our loco. All monies raised goes to the LWRS to help promote and fund the company in their future expansion.

Bring a picnic or purchase some refreshments from our Steaming Kettle Buffet and spend the day viewing our site with static displays of our rolling stock and locos.

We are dog friendly, so bring your full family.
