Comedy Hotspot are synonymous with top class comedy shows and I cannot wait to bring more comedy nights to the wonderful Neverland Theatre in 2024. We have established the only professionally run Stand Up Comedy Club in Skegness and you can expect very high quality comics, a show run as a professional club, in a wonderful purpose built space. This event is unreserved seating so arrive early to get the seats you want.

2024 marks the 50th anniversary of Alford Craft Market. Set up in 1974 by Michel and Heather Ducos of Alford Pottery to enable Lincolnshire artists and makers to sell their work and to promote an interest in arts and crafts, it is the longest running craft market in the UK with a shop, craft classes and events.

Alford August Bank Holiday Weekend Craft Market 24 to 26 August, 2024 will be the main 50th Anniversary celebration in the Alford Manor House Grounds and Big Marquee over the 3 day August Bank Holiday weekend. It will include a ribbon cutting ceremony on the first day, and the display of the Alford Craft Market’s 50th Anniversary Street Art Banners on the Alford Manor House railings made by adults and children of the local community.

There will be over 50 quality Lincolnshire Craft stalls with handmade crafts for sale, demonstrations of crafts, and have a go stalls. Children’s games, vintage games and storytelling. Live acoustic music each day, and street theatre/stilt walking from the Earthbound Misfits – all with a 1970’s theme. The walkabout act Team BGee will join the event on Saturday 24th August. Morris dancing teams Sunday 25th August.
