Our selection includes spacious, modern caravans equipped to the highest standards, providing all the comforts of home. They are exceptionally clean and comfortable, ensuring an enjoyable stay.
Our caravans range from 3 to 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 to 10 people. The sofas in the lounge can be converted into double beds.
There are no hidden charges. The price includes mains gas, electricity, and Butlins Skegness passes for up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children). Additional passes or wristbands can be purchased and added to your booking.
We do not charge extra for highchairs, travel cots, or bedguards, which are available in most caravans.
We also offer dog-friendly caravans and a variety of break options, including long weeks, mid-weeks, and weekends.

July 21, 2024 at 7:56 amHad a fantastic weekend here. The caravan is lovely and spacious, well equipped and modern, Very clean. Everything within a couple.of minutes walk from caravan. It’s ideal for a mini break or even a week. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

October 13, 2024 at 7:55 amI didn’t want to write a bad review as I had a lovely stay but it’s been 3 weeks since I stayed in their caravan and I have not received my deposit back.
I stayed the 20th-23rd September and Kate contacted me on the 24th for my bank details. I then messaged on the 2nd October for an update and I heard nothing back. I then messaged on the 10th October asking for an update and she said her daughter had been in hospital so it would be done over the weekend – yet they were still able to advertise their business all over Facebook.
Kate is no longer replying to my messages. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
